Face Your Monsters Sally by TholiaArt Face Your Monsters Sally by TholiaArt
EDIT: I was told to enter the "Face your Monster" contest and decided to give it a shot ^^

--

I know this is a really strange piece compared to what I usually upload there...
But I was thinking about my Sally cosplay again because of the incoming Disney Halloween and, well I came out with this mixed-media fanart based on my own Halloween Sally cosplay photo (check thumb below) O_O

I used both photomanipulation and painting within photoshop CS5, thanks to my Wacom tablet, I had a lot of fun with this anyway XD

Here is a link to my original pic :

Wow, this photo manip really gives me ideas on how to pull this off in real life. Comparing your original cosplay photo to the manipulated one allows me to see where I would need to go with sculpting a mask to achieve this effect.

I would probably go with a silicone mask and stationary eyes. Paint the silicone with FuseFX's pigments, in probably 20 or 30 lite layers. Making sure I can match the silicone color with makeup for the rest of the models exposed body parts.

Your photo mainip also allows for me to see where the clothing needs to be dyed to get that TNBC look too.

Fantastic work here. I hope you place in the contest.
