Okay, here it is, my very last version of this fanart. This is my third attempt to colorise this one. I think this time it's quite good, but I do not feel to try another colorisation anyway, I want to do something new now !

EDIT 24/01/09 : Here is the sum-up of all the steps for this fanart > [link]
You clearly have a good idea at portraying Lara at risk, by putting us in the same perspective of one her attackers, giving us a glance at her confidence, and also a great displace of such beautiful place as the Mayan ruins and its sorroundings.
It ain't really that unique, because it's very common to see her at risk or showing off her beauty, but it's not bad. It's good.
I have no complaints with your technique. It realizes your vision pretty well. Your work with each detail, shade and lighting is worthy of praise. There's no need to talk about perspective, either.
It stands from the rest, I must say. Your choice of colors and lighting make this work of art appealing from the thumbs while browsing, as I can tell it won't pass unnoticed in an exhibition.
Thats soo cool!!!! you don't see many pictures of lara showing what the actual game is about, just how hot she is. This is so pretty and extremly detailed! You'r very very talented!
Thanks a lot ^^ I had the idea because of a fanart done by Illyine/Tif (but this is one I can't find on the net sadly). There were wood poles going over the illustration borders the same way ^^
The lost in time temple where movie TOMB RIDER was taken. Ta Prohm Ancient temple !
I just travel over there for my Photography Expedition last week...maybe my photography shots can help you all TOMB RIDER fans some inspiration of drawing the background...lol
